Iris Wörner

Iris Wörner is a wellness practitioner who brings calm, presence, and emotional grounding to both children and adults in today’s fast-paced world. As a mother of three adult children and a trained educator, Iris brings deep life experience and a natural sensitivity to emotional states, nervous system responses, and the unspoken needs people carry — especially during times of stress and inner overload. Her work is rooted in both lived experience and long-term practice.

Alongside her work with children and families, Iris has dedicated herself to supporting adults who experience mental overload, stress, anxiety, and difficulty slowing down their busy minds. She creates a safe, welcoming space where people feel seen, supported, and gently guided back into balance.

Through meditation, sound healing, and the use of singing bowls and other sound-based methods, Iris creates a calming space that invites people into inner stillness. Her sessions are known for creating deep relaxation, emotional ease, and clarity. Many people describe feeling calmer, lighter, more centered, and deeply supported — often leaving with a renewed sense of peace, groundedness, and inner balance.

Iris’s approach is both intuitive and grounded, focusing on helping the body and mind feel safe enough to let go. Her work supports emotional regulation, mental clarity, and a sustainable sense of wholeness that carries into everyday life. Since 2014, Iris has been working with Tao Technologies, deepening her practice through certified training and ongoing study under Dr. and Master Sha, a world-renowned healer and teacher. These teachings have supported people worldwide in feeling more aligned, balanced, and healthy on a mind-body-spirit level.

Iris is deeply committed to helping people reconnect with themselves — to slow down, breathe, and remember what it feels like to feel truly well. Her work offers calm, gentle support that feels human, accessible, and deeply grounding.
