Iris Wörner is a wellness practitioner who supports children and adults in calming the mind, regulating emotions, and reconnecting with inner balance. As a trained educator and mother of three adult children, she brings deep life experience and a grounded, compassionate presence to her work.
Using meditation, sound healing, singing bowls, and Tao-based practices, Iris helps people gently slow down and feel calmer, clearer, and more centered. Since 2014, she has worked with Tao Technologies and trained under Dr. and Master Sha, integrating these teachings into a welcoming, human-centered approach to mental and emotional well-being.
